Decree No. (57) of 1378 FDP (2010 AD)

on forming the administrative board of the Medical Supply Agency

The General People’s Committee,

Upon review of:

  • Law No. (1) of 1375 FDP on the rules of procedure of the People’s Congresses and the People’s Committees, and the implementing regulations thereof;
  • Law No. (106) of 1973 AD issuing the Health Law;
  • General People’s Committee Decree No. (121) of 1377 FDP establishing the Medical Supply Agency and approving certain provisions;
  • General People’s Committee Decree No. (169) of 1377 FDP amending a provision of its Decree No. (121) of 1377 FDP establishing the Medical Supply Agency and approving certain provisions;
  • General People’s Committee Decree No. (467) of 1377 FDP naming a secretary to the administrative board of the Medical Supply Agency;
  • Based on the proposal of the Secretary of the General People’s Committee for Health and the Environment in Letter No. (2096) dated 04/02/1378 FDP;
  • The decrees issued by the General People’s Committee in its third ordinary meeting of 1378 FDP;

has decreed:

Article (1)

The administrative board of the Medical Supply Agency shall be formed as follows:

  1. Dr. Abdel-Razaq Al-Taher Al-Tir, Chairman
  2. Dr. Sabri Al-Taher Al-Farik, Member
  3. Dr. Saleh Abdel-Hafiz Al-Awjli, Member
  4. Dr. Raed Ali Al-Mihub, Member
  5. Mr. Du Misbah Al-Tumi, Member

Article (2)

This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its issue. Any provision that conflicts herewith shall be repealed. This Decree shall be implemented by the competent bodies.
