{"id":18267,"date":"2021-07-13T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-07-13T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dcaf.oyoun.ps\/latest-laws\/draft-law-no-on-amending-the-military-penal-code-and-military-code-of-procedure\/"},"modified":"2021-07-13T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2021-07-13T00:00:00","slug":"draft-law-no-on-amending-the-military-penal-code-and-military-code-of-procedure","status":"publish","type":"latest-laws","link":"https:\/\/security-legislation.ly\/ar\/latest-laws\/draft-law-no-on-amending-the-military-penal-code-and-military-code-of-procedure\/","title":{"rendered":"Draft Law No. (  )  on amending the Military Penal Code and Military Code of Procedure"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>Upon review of:<\/strong>\n  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The interim Constitutional Declaration;<\/li>\n<li>The Penal Code and supplementary laws;<\/li>\n<li>The Code of Procedure and its amendments;<\/li>\n<li>The Military Penal Code;<\/li>\n<li>The Military Code of Criminal Procedure;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n    <strong>The General National Congress has issued the following law:<\/strong>\n  <\/p>\n<h2>Article (1)<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>The text of Article (2) of the Military Penal Code shall be amended to the following:<\/p>\n<p>The provisions of this law apply to:<\/p>\n<p>1. Regular military personnel, those holding one of the ranks specified in Articles (2) and (3) of Law No. (40) of 1974, students of military faculties and schools, and military trainees. <\/p>\n<p>2.
