The treaties entered into by and between the Great Socialist People’s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya and the Italian Republic, signed in Tripoli on 04/04/1377 FDP (2009 AD), attached hereto, shall be approved, namely:
This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its issue and shall be implemented by the competent bodies.
