The Cabinet

Upon review of:

  • The Constitutional Declaration, and the amendment thereof;
  • The law of the financial system of the State, and budget, accounting and inventory regulation, and the amendments thereof;
  • Law No. (12) of 2010 issuing the Labour Relations Law and its executive regulation;
  • Law No. (10) of 1992 on security and police;
  • National Transitional Council Law No. (184) of 2011 approving the transitional government;
  • Cabinet Decree No. (143) of 2012 dissolving the Public Facility and Establishment Security Authority;
  • Cabinet Decree No. (145) of 2012 adopting the organisational structure and competences of the Ministry of Interior, and organising its executive unit;
  • “Former” General People’s Committee Decree No. (1186) of 1990 establishing the Public Facility and Establishment Security Authority;
  • Letter No. (9146) dated 17/09/2012 from the Interior Minister’s Office Manager;
  • The minutes of the thirty-seventh ordinary Cabinet meeting of 2012;

has decreed:

Article (1)

Cabinet Decree No. (143) of 2012 dissolving the Public Facility and Establishment Authority shall be withdrawn. The Authority shall be subordinate to the Ministry of Interior, and the Minister of Interior shall take the necessary measures to guarantee that the Authority performs its duties in accordance with the legislation in force.

Article (2)

This decree shall enter into force from its date of issuance, and any contrary provision shall be repealed. The concerned entities shall implement it, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
