naming the President of the Audit Office

The Interim National Transitional Congress

Upon review of:

• The interim Constitutional Declaration issued on 3 August 2011, and the amendments thereof;
• The decision forming the Interim National Transitional Council, and its by-laws and internal regulation;
• Interim National Transitional Council Resolution No. (119) of 2011 establishing the Audit Office;
• Interim National Transitional Council Resolution No. (121) of 2011 assigning the President of the Audit Office;
• The report of the Audit Office’s Advisory Committee in the Interim National Transitional Council;
• The conclusions of the National Transitional Council meetings held on Tuesday, 03/07/2012;

Article (1)

Mr. Salem Mohammed bin Gharbiya shall be named president of the Audit Office and his professional and financial status shall be settled in accordance therewith.

Article (2)

This resolution shall enter into force from its date of issuance, any contrary provision shall be repealed, and the ministers and competent officials shall execute it.
