Cabinet Decree No. (84) of 2014
on the creation and granting of legal personality to several blood banks
The Cabinet
Upon review of:
- The Constitutional Declaration, and the amendments thereof;
- Health Law No. (106) of 1978;
- General National Congress Resolution No. (9) of 2012 on the appointment of the Prime Minister and tasking him to form the interim government;
- General National Congress Resolution No. (10) of 2012 on granting confidence to the interim government;
- Letter No. (1310) dated of 10/01/2014 of the Office Manager of the Minister of Health;
- Letter No. (250) dated 20/01/2014 of the Office Manager of the Deputy Prime Minister for Technical Affairs;
- Letter No. (40) dated 27/01/2014 of the Secretary of Cabinet Affairs;
- The approval of the Cabinet during its second extraordinary session of 2014;
has decreed:
Article (1)
The following blood banks shall be created and granted legal personality and independent financial liability:
- Central Blood Bank – Tripoli
- Central Blood Bank – Benghazi
- Central Blood Bank – Sebha
Article (2)
This decree shall enter into effect from its date of issuance, and the relevant bodies shall implement it.
