on transferring members of the judiciary and public prosecution to work at the

cassation prosecution at the Supreme Court

The Cabinet,

Upon review of:

  • The Constitutional Declaration and amendments thereto;
  • Law No. (6) of 1982 AD reorganising the Supreme Court and amendments thereto;
  • Law No. (6) of 2006 AD on the justice system and amendments thereto;
  • National Transitional Council Decree No. (184) of 2012 AD approving the transitional government;
  • General People’s Committee (formerly) Decree No. (708) of 1982 AD regulating the cassation prosecution and amendments thereto;
  • President of the Supreme Court – President of the Supreme Judicial Council Letter No. (443) dated 04/06/2012 AD;
  • The decrees of the Cabinet in its twenty-fourth ordinary meeting of 2012 AD;

has decreed:

Article (1)

The members of the judiciary and public prosecution whose names are contained in the list attached hereto, numbering thirty (30), starting with Mr. Salem Al-Amin Abdel-Salam Bilqasem and ending with Mr. Tareq Mustafa Saleh Khamaj, shall be transferred to work at the cassation prosecution at the Supreme Court.

Article (2)

This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its issue and shall be implemented by the concerned bodies. This Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette.
