Resolution No. (15) of 2013 AD

on naming the assistant rapporteur of the General National Congress

The General National Congress,

Upon review of:

  • The Constitutional Declaration issued on 3 August 2011 AD and amendments thereto;
  • Law No. (4) of 2012 AD on electing the General National Congress and amendments thereto;
  • The by-laws of the General National Congress;
  • General National Congress Resolution No. (1) of 2012 AD on approving the results of the election of the General National Congress;
  • The conclusions of the General National Congress in its tenth ordinary meeting held on Tuesday, 3 September 2012 AD;

issued the following Resolution:

Article (1)

Mr. Ahmed Faraj Al-Saaedi shall be named assistant rapporteur of the General National Congress.

Article (2)

This Resolution shall come into force on 3 September 2012 AD and all provisions conflicting herewith shall be repealed. This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette.
