Resolution No. (125) of 2013 AD

on delegating certain competencies to the Congress Presidency

The General National Congress,

Upon review of:

  • The interim Constitutional Declaration issued on 03 August 2011 and amendments thereto;
  • General National Congress Resolution No. (62) of 2013 AD on approving the amendment of the Congress’ by-laws;
  • The conclusions of the General National Congress in its one hundred fiftieth ordinary meeting held on Tuesday, 17 December 2013 AD;

issued the following Resolution:

Article (1)

The Congress Presidency shall be authorised to approve the organisational structure of the General National Congress Office and all regulations governing such.

Article (2)

This Resolution shall enter into force on the date of its issue, and any provision conflicting with those hereof shall be implemented. This Resolution shall be implemented by all concerned parties.
