The House of Representatives,

Upon review of:

  • The interim Constitutional Declaration issued on 03 August 2011 AD and amendments thereto;
  • Law No. (10) of 2014 AD on electing the House of Representatives during the transitional period;
  • Law No. (8) of 2013 AD on establishing the High National Elections Commission;
  • High National Elections Commission Council Decision No. (107) of 2014 AD on naming the winners of seats in the House of Representatives;
  • Article (2) of House of Representatives Decision No. (2) of 2014 AD forming the interim council to prepare the House’s draft by-laws;
  • The submission of the High Elections Commission;
  • The conclusions of the House of Representatives in its twenty-first ordinary session held on Wednesday, 03/09/2014 AD;

issued the following Law:

The Derna subdistrict shall be divided into two secondary districts, as follows:

Article (2)

This Law shall come into force on the date of its issue and all provisions conflicting herewith shall be repealed. This Law shall be published in the Official Gazette.
