on ratifying international treaties, agreements, and protocols

concluded between the Great Socialist People’s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya

and other countries within the scope of international and regional organisations

The General People’s Congress,

In implementation of the resolutions of the Basic People’s Congresses adopted in their annual session of 1372 FDP;

Upon review of:

Law No. (1) of 1369 FDP on the People’s Congresses and the People’s Committees, and the implementing regulations thereof;

Law No. (2) of 1369 FDP on the regulation of political and consular work, and the implementing regulations thereof;

the following Law was formulated:

Article (1)

The international treaties, agreements, and protocols concluded between the Great Socialist People’s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya and other countries within the scope of regional and international organizations shall be ratified in accordance with the list attached to this Law.

Article (2)

This Law shall come into force on the date of its issue and shall be published in the Legal Register.

قانون رقم (10) لسنة 2005

بشأن التصديق على المعاهدات والاتفاقيات والبروتوكولات الدولية

المبرمة بين الجماهيرية العربية الليبية الشعبية الاشتراكية العظمى

والدول الأخرى وفي نطاق المنظمات الإقليمية والدولية

مؤتمر الشعب العام،

تنفيذا لقرارات المؤتمرات الشعبية الأساسية التي اتخذتها في دور انعقادها العام السنوي للعام 1372 و.ر.
وبعد ألاطلاع على القانون رقم (1) لسنة 1369و.ر. بشأن المؤتمرات الشعبية واللجان الشعبية ولائحته التنفيذية.
وعلى القانون رقم (2) لسنة 1369و.ر. بشأن تنظيم العمل السياسي والقنصلي ولائحته التنفيذية.

صاغ القانون الأتي:

مادة (1)

يصادق على المعاهدات والاتفاقيات والبروتوكولات الدولية المبرمة بين الجماهيرية العربية الليبية الشعبية الاشتراكية العظمى، والدول الأخرى وفي نطاق المنظمات الإقليمية والدولية، وفقا للكشف المرفق بهذا القانون.

مادة (2)

يعمل بهذا القانون من تاريخ صدوره، وينشر في مدونة التشريعات.
