Decree No. (6) of 1378 FDP

on selecting the Secretary of the General People’s Committee

for the People’s Oversight and Inspection Authority

The General People’s Congress,

Upon review of:

• Law No. (1) of 1375 FDP on the rules of procedure of the People’s Congresses and the People’s Committees;
• Law No. (2) of 1375 FDP organizing the People’s Oversight and Inspection;
• General People’s Congress Decree No. (9) of 1377 FDP on selecting the secretary of the General People’s Committee for the People’s Oversight and Inspection Authority;

has decreed:

Article (1)

Dr. Huda Fathi bin Amer shall be selected as the secretary of the General People’s Committee for the People’s Oversight and Inspection Authority.

Article (2)

This Decree shall come into force on the date of its issue and shall be published in the Legal Register.
