Decree No. (936) of 1423 FBP

on Establishing Purge Committees in the Armed People

 

The Secretary of the General People’s Committee for Justice and Public Security
Upon review of:

• Law No. (10) of 1423 FBP on the Purge

and the Implementing Regulations Thereof; and

• The Secretary of the General People’s Committee for Justice and Public Security Decree No. (100) of

1423 FBP on the Formation of Purge Committees and Their Functions, Headquarters and

Mandates,

 

has decreed the following:

 

Article (1)

Purge Committees shall be formed in the Armed People, and the headquarters and mandates thereof shall be as follows: 

First Committee: 

The Committee shall be headquartered in Sirte and mandated with receiving the financial liability declarations submitted by members of the Armed People’s battalions and units in Sirte Security Region. The Committee shall consist of: 

1. Ali Hamid Abu Shanaf,        the Chairman 

2. Salah Khalifah Al-Ramali,    the Rapporteur 

3. Colonel: Al-Hadi Hamed Jaloud,    Member 

4. Lieutenant Colonel: Misbah Khamis Barakah,    Member 

5. Lieutenant Colonel: Dhaw Ali Al-Zenati, Member 

6. Major: Salem Hussain Al-Sheibani, Member 

7. Major: Abdullah Ahmad Masoud, Member 

8. Major: Abdullah Saeed Abdullah,   Member

Second Committee: 

The Committee shall be headquartered in Jufra and mandated with receiving the financial liability declarations submitted by members of the Armed People’s battalions and units in Jufra Security Region. The Committee shall consist of:

The Committee shall be headquartered in Tripoli shall mandated with receiving the financial liability declarations submitted by members of the Armed People’s battalions and units in the Guard, Deterrence, and Regiment IX. The Committee shall consist of:

Article (2)

The committees formed under this Decree shall carry out their functions in accordance with Law No. (10) of 1423 FBP and its Implementing Regulations and Decree No. (100) of 1423 FBP, referenced above.

 

Article (3)

This Decree shall enter into force as of the date of its issuance and shall be published in the official gazette.
