dissolving the Tourism and Antiquities Police
The Cabinet
has decreed:
Article (1)
Cabinet Decree No. (141) of 2012 dissolving the Tourism and Antiquities Police shall be withdrawn. It shall be subordinate to the Ministry of the Interior and the Minister of the Interior shall take the necessary measures to ensure that the Tourism and Antiquities Police conducts its duties in accordance with the legislation in force.
Article (2)
This decree shall enter into force from its date of issuance, and any contrary provision shall be abolished. The concerned bodies shall execute it, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.

يسحب قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (141) لسنة 2012 ميلادي بحل جهاز الشرطة السياحية وحماية الآثار وتكون تبعيته لوزارة الداخلية وعلى وزير الداخلية اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة التي تضمن مباشرة الجهاز لمهامه وفقاً للتشريعات النافذة.
مادة (2)
يعمل بهذا القرار من تاريخ صدوره، ويلغى كل حكم يخالفه، وعلى الجهات المعنية تنفيذه، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
