The Interim National Transitional Council

Upon review of:

  • The Victory Declaration of the 17 February Revolution issued on 22 February 2011;
  • The resolution forming the Interim National Transitional Council and determining its competencies;
  • The rules of procedure and internal regulation of the Interim National Transitional Council;
  • The Constitutional Declaration issued on 3 August 2011 and the amendments thereof;
  • Law No. (12) of 2010 issuing the executive regulations of Law No. (12) of 2010 on labour relations;
  • National Transitional Council Resolution No. (6) of 2012 issued on 8/0/2012 [sic] on assigning the director of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department in the National Transitional Council;
  • National Transitional Council Resolution No. (14) of 2012 on amending certain provisions in Resolution No. (6) of 2012;
  • Interim National Transitional Council Resolution No. (51) of 2012 on adopting the rules of procedure of the National Transitional Council Office or its replacement;
  • The minutes of the Interim National Transitional Council’s session held on Tuesday, 26/06/2012;

has resolved:

Article (1)

Interim National Transitional Council Resolution No. (51) of 2012 on adopting the rules of procedure of the Office of the National Transitional Council or its replacement shall be repealed and considered null and void.

Article (2)

This resolution shall enter into force from its date of issuance, the bodies concerned shall implement it, each within their mandate, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
