of Law No. (13) of 2013 on political and administrative isolation

The Supreme Judicial Council:

Upon review of:

  • The Constitutional Declaration issued on 03/08/2011;
  • Law No. (6) of 2006 on the Justice System, and its amendments;
  • The Penal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure;
  • Law No. (12) of 2010 issuing the Labour Relations Law and the executive regulation thereof;
  • Law No. (26) of 2012 on the High Commission for the Application of Standards of Integrity and Patriotism and its amendments;
  • Law No. (13) of 2013 on political and administrative isolation;
  • The minutes of the third extraordinary meeting of the Supreme Judicial Council of 2013 held on 05/06/2012;
  • And the files submitted by Messrs:
