Law No. (10) of 2012 AD

on disbursing a monetary sum to Libyan families
on the first anniversary of the 17 February Revolution

The Cabinet,

Upon review of:

• The Interim Constitutional Declaration;
• Law No. (36) of 1968 AD on civil status and amendments thereto;
• Law No. (1) of 2005 AD on banks;
• Law No. (10) of 2012 AD on disbursing a monetary sum to Libyan families on the first anniversary of the 17 February Revolution and amendments thereto;
• National Transitional Council Decree No. (184) of 2011 AD approving the transitional government;
• Based on the submission of the governor of the Central Bank of Libya in his memorandum dated 25/03/2012 AD;
• The decrees of the Cabinet in its thirteenth ordinary meeting of 2012 AD;

has decreed:

Article (1)

The implementing regulations of the aforementioned Law No. (10) of 2012 AD, attached to this Decree, shall enter into force.

Article (2)

This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its issue. The concerned bodies shall implement this Decree and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
