on naming undersecretaries and assistant undersecretaries of ministries

The Cabinet

Upon review of:

• The statement declaring the establishment of the Interim National Transitional Council;
• The by-laws of the Interim National Transitional Council;
• Law No. (12) of 2010 issuing the Labour Relations Law and its executive regulation;
• National Transitional Council Resolution No. (184) of 2011 on the adoption of the transitional government;
• Cabinet Decree No. (11) of 2011 on naming undersecretaries and assistant undersecretaries of ministries;
• The proposal of the Minister of Health in his Letter No. (5618) dated 31/12/2011;
• The proposal of the Minister of Local Government in his Letter No. (LG/3) dated 07/01/2012;
• Letter No. (913) dated 28/12/2011 of the director of the Office of the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Wealth and Marine Resources;
• The decision of the Cabinet it is second ordinary session of 2012;

has decreed:

Article (1)

Dr. Adel Mohammed Mukhtar Abu Shufa shall be named undersecretary for the Ministry of Health;

Article (2)

The aforementioned Cabinet Decree No. (11) of 2011 shall be partially amended as follows:

Item (12)/Ministry of Local Government:

• Dr. Saleh Said Mohammed as undersecretary for local government affairs.
• Dr. Abu Bakr al-Hadi Mohammed as undersecretary of the Ministry’s Office;

Item (15)/Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Wealth and Marine Resources:

• Paragraph (1)/ Dr. Ahmed Ali Abu Zakhar as undersecretary for the Ministry;

Item (17)/Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research:

• Dr. Fathi Rajab al-Akkari as undersecretary for Scientific Research Affairs;
• Dr. Ibrahim Mohammed Saleh as undersecretary for Higher Education Affairs;

Article (3)

This decree shall enter into force from its date of issuance, and any contrary provision shall be repealed. The relevant bodies shall execute it, and it shall be published in various media.
