The Cabinet

Upon review of:

  • The Constitutional Declaration and the amendments thereof;
  • The law of the financial system of the State of Libya, and budget, accounting and inventory regulation and their amendments thereof;
  • Law No. (12) of 2010 issuing the Labour Relations Law and its executive regulation;
  • Law No. (18) of 2010 on education;
  • National Transitional Council Resolution No. (174) of 2011 on determining the structure of the transitional government, and its amendments;
  • National Transitional Council Resolution No. (184) of 2011 on adopting the transitional government;
  • Former General People’s Committee for Education Decision No. (142) of 2006 on determining the nature-of-work allowance for educational facility guards;
  • Cabinet Decree No. (134) of 2012 on adopting the organisational structure and powers of the Ministry of Education and organising its administrative unit;
  • Based on the proposal of the Minister of Education in his Letter No. (4950) on 27/06/2012;
  • And the Cabinet’s decision during its twenty-second ordinary session of 2012.

has decreed:

Article (1)

The re-disbursement of the nature-of-work allowance for educational facility guards stipulated by the aforementioned Decision No. (142) of 2006 shall be approved.

Article (2)

The Ministries of Finance and Education shall take the measures necessary to implement this decree.

Article (3)

This decree shall enter into force from its date of issuance. The concerned entities shall implement this decree and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
