Decree No. (51) of 2016

on accepting an individual resignation

The Presidential Council

Upon review of:

• The interim Constitutional Declaration issued on 3 August 2011, and its amendments;
• The Libyan Political Agreement signed on 17 December 2015;
• The Law of the Financial System of the State of Libya, and budget, accounting and inventory regulation and amendments;
• Law No. (12) of 2010 on labor relations and its bylaw;
• Presidential Council Decree No. (4) of 2016 on the establishment of the Government of National Accord;
• Presidential Council Decree No. (12) of 2016 on the delegation of responsibilities; and
• The conclusions reached by the Presidential Council of the Government of National Accord.

decided the following:

Article (1)

The resignation of the Minister of State for National Reconciliation of the Government of National Accord, Mr. Abdeljawad Faraj Al-Obeidi, is accepted.

Article (2)

The provisions of this decree shall enter into effect from its date of issuance, and the concerned entities shall implement it accordingly.
