Decree No. (79) of 1993 AD

on the Transfer of territorial jurisdiction from a Summary Court and Prosecution

to Another Summary Court and Prosecution

Secretary of the General People’s Committee for Justice and Public Security,
Upon review of:

• The Judicial System Law issued by Law No. (51)

of 1976 AD;

• The General People’s Committee Decree No. (19) of 1993 AD on Organizing the Secretariat

of the General People’s Committee for Justice and Public Security; and

• The two letters of the Chairman of the Judicial Bodies Inspection Management Committee No.

593 dated 25/07/1993 AD and No. 968 dated 12/12/1993 AD, and

• Based on the submission of the Undersecretary of Judicial and Legal Affairs,

has decreed the following:

Article (1)

The territorial jurisdiction of Adwaw Al-Fateh region of the Basic People’s Congress in Majer and Northern Dafneya shall be transferred from Fawateer Summary Court and Prosecution to Zliten Summary Court and Prosecution.

Article (2)

This Decree shall enter into force as of 01/01/01/1994 AD and shall be published in the official gazette.
