Resolution No. (106) of 2013

on assigning tasks

The General National Congress

Upon review of:

• The Interim Constitutional Declaration issued on 3 August 2011, and the amendments thereof;
• General National Congress Resolutions No. (62) of 2013 on adopting the amendment of the rules of procedure of the General National Congress;
• The conclusions of the General National Congress in its 146^th ordinary session held on Wednesday, 04/12/2013;

issued the following resolution:

Article (1)

The chairman and members of the National Reconciliation Committee of the General National Congress (GNC) shall be responsible for submitting a proposal on activating the role of the Committee with regards to national reconciliation within a maximum period of ten days from the date of issuance of this resolution.

Article (2)

The President of the GNC Office shall offer complete cooperation in providing the necessary assistance in terms of material and logistic capabilities, as required by the Committee mentioned in Article (1).

Article (3)

The Committee shall be entitled to seek the assistance of whomever it deems fit from outside the GNC in order to achieve its aims.

Article (4)

The provisions of this resolution shall enter into force from its date of issuance, and any contrary provision shall be repealed. Each person shall implement it within his mandate.
