on approving the election of the rapporteur of the General National Congress

The General National Congress

Upon review of:

• The Constitutional Declaration issued on 3 August 2011, and the amendments thereof;
• General National Congress Resolution No. (62) of 2013 on approving the amendment of the rules of procedure of the General National Congress;
• The conclusions of the General National Congress in its 154^th session held on Tuesday, 31 December 2013;

issued the following resolution:

Article (1)

The election of Mr. Hamid Muammar al-Ruwaimi as rapporteur of the General National Congress is approved.

Article (2)

The provisions of this law shall enter into force from its date of issuance, and any contrary provision shall be repealed. It shall be published in the Official Gazette.
