Resolution No. (25) of 2013 AD

on accepting the resignation of the Prosecutor-General

Upon review of:

• The interim Constitutional Declaration issued on 03 August 2011 AD and amendments thereto;
• Law No. (6) of 1982 AD on reorganising the Supreme Court and amendments thereto;
• Law No. (6) of 2006 AD on the justice system and amendments thereto;
• The by-laws of the General National Congress;
• Interim National Transitional Council Decree No. (21) of 2012 AD on assigning a counsellor as Prosecutor General;
• The conclusions of the General National Congress in its seventy-eighth ordinary meeting held on 17 March 2013 AD;

issued the following Resolution:

Article (1)

The resignation of Mr Abdel-Aziz Abdel-Hamid Al-Hasadi, Counsellor, from the position of Prosecutor General shall be accepted.

Article (2)

This Resolution shall enter into force on the date of its issue and all provisions conflicting herewith shall be repealed. This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette.
