Resolution No. (26) of 2012 AD

on issuing diplomatic passports

Upon review of:

• The Victory Declaration of the 17 February Revolution issued on 22 February 2011 AD;
• The Decree forming and specifying the competencies of the Interim National Transitional Council;
• The Council’s Rules of Procedure and internal regulations;
• The Constitutional Declaration issued on 3 August 2011 AD and amendments thereto;
• The Council’s Rules of Procedure and internal regulations;
• The matters deliberated in the Council’s meetings;
• For reasons of public interest;

has decided:

Article (1)

Each member of the National Transitional Council shall have a diplomatic passport issued in their name.

Article (2)

This Resolution shall enter into force on the date of its issue, and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
