forming a committee and specifying its functions

The General National Congress:

Upon review of:

• The Constitutional Declaration issued on 3 August 2011 and its amendments;
• Law No. (4) of 2012 on electing the General National Congress and its amendments;
• Law No. (14) of 2012 determining electoral districts for the elections of the General National Congress and its amendments;
• The bylaws of the General National Congress;
• General National Congress Resolution No. (30) of 2012 forming a committee and specifying its functions;
• And based on the letter of the chairman of the Committee in charge of preparing a draft electoral law for the constituent body to draft a permanent constitution for the country, recorded under No. (3.2228.1.18) dated 5 May 2013;

issued the following resolution:

Article (1)

Mr Wissam Sulaiman Ahmed al-Saghir shall be appointed as a member in the updated committee, as per the aforementioned General National Congress Resolution No. (30) of 2013 to replace Mr Emhemed Aqeel al-Barbar.

Article (2)

This law shall enter into force from its date of issuance. Any contrary article shall be repealed and concerned parties shall implement it, each within their mandate.
