to spend an amount from the General Budget

The Cabinet

Upon review of:

  • The Constitutional Declaration, and the amendment thereof;
  • The Law of the Financial System of the State, and budget, accounts, and warehouse regulation, and the amendments thereof;
  • Law No. (13) of 2000 on planning, and its executive regulation;
  • Law No. (20) of 2012 on adopting the general budget for 2012;
  • National Transitional Council Resolution No. (174) of 2011 on determining the structure of the transitional government;
  • National Transitional Council Resolution No. (184) of 2011 on approving the transitional government;
  • The decision of the Cabinet in its 32nd session of 2012;

has decreed:

Article (1)

The Ministry of Finance shall be permitted to disburse an amount of (220,000,000) two hundred and twenty million Libyan dinar to the Economic and Social Development Fund to cover the monthly distributions to holders of investment portfolios for the months of July and August 2012.

Article (2)

This decree shall enter into force from its date of issuance and the bodies concerned shall implement it. It shall be published in the Official Gazette.
