Resolution No. (174) of 2011 AD

Upon review of:

• The Declaration of the Victory of the 17 February Revolution issued on 22 February 2011 AD;
• The Decree forming the Interim National Transitional Council and specifying the competencies thereof;
• The Council’s Rules of Procedure and internal regulations;
• The Constitutional Declaration issued on 3 August 2011 AD and amendments thereto;
• National Transitional Council Resolution No. (174) of 2011 AD determining the structure of the transitional government;
• Based on Prime Minister Letter No. (1829) of 13/03/2012 AD renaming the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs;
• The content of the Council’s meeting held on Sunday, 18/03/2012 AD;

has resolved:

Article (1)

Article (1.10) of National Transitional Council Resolution No. (174) of 2011 AD shall be amended to read as follows:

Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs

Article (2)

This Resolution shall enter into force from the date of its publication and shall be published in the Official Gazette and the various media.
