on setting fees for issuing and renewing residencies in Libya

 

The Prime Minister,

 

Upon review of:

  • The Constitutional Declaration;
  • The Law of the Financial System of the State, and the budget, accounts, and stores regulations;
  • National Transitional Council Decree No. (184) of 2011 AD on approving the transitional government;
  • General People’s Committee (formerly) Decree No. (228) of 2009 FBP approving certain provisions on the fees for certain services;
  • General People’s Committee (formerly) Decree No. (204) of 2011 AD approving an exceptional provision of its Decree No. (228) of 2009 AD.
  • The submission of the Minister of Interior in Letter No. (1622) dated 06/03/2012 AD;
  • The approval of the Cabinet in its twentieth ordinary meeting of 2012 AD;

 

has decreed:

 

Article (1)

The fee for issuing and renewing residencies in Libya under Article (1) of the aforementioned Decree No. (228) of 2009 AD shall be set at one hundred Libyan dinars (LYD 100) per person.

 

Article (2)

This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its issue. Any provision that conflicts herewith shall be repealed. This Decree shall be implemented by the concerned bodies.
