Decree No. (55) of 1378 FDP (2010 AD)

on determining the location of the North Tripoli First Instance Court and Prosecution

The Supreme Council of Judicial Bodies,

Upon review of:

• Law No. (6) of 1374 AD on the judicial system and amendments thereto;
• Supreme Council of Judicial Bodies Decree No. (08) of 1425 FBP issued on 06/08/1425 FBP establishing two first instance courts;
• The minutes of the seventh extraordinary meeting of the Supreme Council for Judicial Bodies of 1378 FDP dated 16/08/2010 AD;

has decreed:

Article (1)

The location of the North Tripoli First Instance Court and Prosecution shall be at the Courts and Prosecutions Complex located on Al-Sidi Street in Tripoli.

Article (2)

This Decree shall enter into force on 01/10/2020 AD and shall be published in the Procedures Register.
