General People’s Committee Decree No. (183) of 1378 FDP (2010 AD)

on restructuring the general assembly of the General National Maritime Transport Company

The General People’s Committee,

Upon review of:

• Law No. (1) of 1375 FDP on the rules of procedure of the People’s Congresses and the People’s Committees, and the implementing regulations thereof;
• The Commercial Code and the laws amending and supplementary thereto;
• Law No. (3) of 1374 FDP on public sector companies;
• General People’s Committee Decree No. (332) of 1375 FDP forming the administrative board and general assembly of the General National Maritime Transport Company;
• General People’s Committee Decree No. (15) of 1377 FDP restructuring the general assembly of the General National Maritime Transport Company;
• The submission of the Secretary of the General People’s Committee for Communication and Transport in Letter No. (1403) dated 07/04/1378 FDP (2010 AD);
• The approval of the General People’s Committee in its eleventh ordinary meeting of 1378 FDP;

has decreed:

Article (1)

The general assembly of the General National Maritime Transport Company shall be restructured as follows:

1. Secretary of the General People’s Committee for Communication and Transport, Chairman
2. General Secretary for Financial Affairs at the General People’s Committee for Planning and Finance, Member
3. Mohammed Emhamed Rashed, Member
4. Fathi Saad Al-Jibani, Member
5. Mustafa Mohammed Al-Buaishi, Member
6. Abu Al-Qasem Yunis Al-Azumi, Member
7. Hussein Mohammed Ahmida, Member

Article (2)

This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its issuance. Any provision that conflicts with the provisions hereof shall be repealed. This Decree shall be implemented by the competent authorities.
