Decree No. (194) of 1423 FBP

on Assigning Certain Responsibilities to the Secretariat of the Committee

The General People’s Committee,
Upon review of:

• Law No. (3) of 1423 FBP on People’s Committees

and the Implementing Regulations thereof;

• Law No. (23) of 1423 FBP on Approving the General Budget for the Financial Year

1423 FBP; and

• Based on the submission of the Secretariat of the General People’s Committee,

has decreed the following:

Article (1)

In implementation of Article 9 of Law No. 23 of 1423 FBP on Approving the General Budget for the Financial Year 1423 FBP referenced above, the Secretariat of the General People’s Committee shall be assigned the responsibility for issuing the decrees required to address exceptional and emergency circumstances.

Article (2)

This Decree shall enter into force as of the date of its issuance and shall be published in the official gazette.
