on transferring allocations in the general budget

The Cabinet

Upon review of:

  • The Constitutional Declaration, and the amendment thereof;
  • The Law of the Financial System of the State, and budget, accounts, and warehouse regulation, and the amendments thereof;
  • Law No. (13) of 2000 on planning, and its executive regulation;
  • Law No. (20) of 2012 on adopting the general budget for 2012;
  • National Transitional Council Resolution No. (174) of 2011 on determining the structure of the transitional government;
  • National Transitional Council Resolution No. (184) of 2011 on adopting the transitional government;
  • The proposal of the Minister of Finance in his Letter No. (244) dated 19/04/2012;
  • The decision of the Cabinet in its 16th ordinary session of 2012;

has decreed:

Article (1)

The Ministry of Finance shall be permitted to transfer an amount of (16,400,000) sixteen million, four hundred thousand LYD from the allocations of the Ministry of Finance under Section (2) (Miscellaneous) of the General Budget to the allocations of Item (2) for the Warriors Affairs Commission, as follows:

Article (2)

This decree shall enter into force from its date of issuance, and the relevant bodies shall implement it. It shall be published in the Official Gazette.
