Decree No. (294) of 1423 FBP

on adopting the financial regulation

of the Coastal Protection Agency

The General People’s Committee,

Upon review of:

• The Law of the Financial System of the State;

• Law No. (3) of 1423 FBP on people’s committees and the implementing regulations thereof;

• General People’s Committee Decree No. (746) of 1993 AD establishing the Coastal Protection Agency;

• Based on the submission of the Secretary of the administrative board of the Coastal Protection Agency in Letter No. (731.2.1) dated 15/5/1423 FBP;

has decreed:

Article (1)

The financial regulations of the Coastal Protection Agency issued under its administrative board’s Decree No. (11) of 1423 FBP attached hereto shall be approved.

Article (2)

This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its issue and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
