Decree No. (371) of 1993 AD

on Repealing the Decree on Identifying Casual

and Temporary Jobs, in Application of the Provisions of

the Social Security Law

The General People’s Committee,

 Upon review of:

• Law No. (55) of 1976 AD on the Civil Service;
• Law No. (13) of 1980 AD on Social Security; and
• The General People’s Committee Decree No. (459) of 1988 AD on Identifying Casual

and Temporary Jobs within the Application Scope of the Social Security Law,

has decreed the following:

Article (1)

The General People’s Committee Decree No. (459) of 1988 AD on Identifying Casual and Temporary Jobs within the Application Scope of the Social Security Law referenced above shall be repealed.

Article (2)

This Decree shall enter into force as of the date of its issuance and shall be published in the official gazette.
