Decree No. (751) of 1993 AD on Approving a Provision in
the Regulations of Overseas Workers
The General People’s Committee,
Upon review of:
on Issuing the Regulations of Overseas Workers; and
Provisions in the Regulations of Overseas Workers, and
and International Cooperation Carborundum No. (439) of 1992 AD, dated 28/Rabie Al-Akhar/
1402 FDP, corresponding to 26/October/1992 AD; and
(2-2-13-712) dated 20/Rabie Al-Awal/1403 FDP, corresponding to 8/September/
1993 AD,
has decreed the following:
Article (1)
The State of Mali, which is listed among the countries of Region IV in Schedule No. (1) enclosed the Regulations of Overseas Workers, shall be added to the list of countries upgraded from Region IV to Region V set out in Para. (c) of Article (1) of the General People’s Committee Decree No. (515) of 1992 AD referenced above.
Article (2)
This Decree shall enter into force as of the date of its issuance and shall be published in the official gazette.
