for the receipt of judicial notices for members of the armed forces

The Minister of Defence,

Upon review of:

• Law No. (37) of 1971 AD amending an article of the Code of Civil and Commercial Procedure and the Code of Sharia Court Procedure;

has decreed:

Article (1)

The Management and Administration Directorate at the Ministry of Defence shall be the competent body for the receipt of judicial documents served to members of the armed forces, in accordance with the Code of Civil and Commercial Procedure and the Code of Sharia Court Procedure.

Article (2)

This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
