Law No. (11) of 1972 AD
On the Inclusion of New Projects in the Oil Sector
to the Development Budget for the 1971/1972 AD Financial Year
In the Name of the People,
The Revolutionary Command Council,
· Upon review of the Constitutional Declaration issued on 2 Shawwal 1389 AH, corresponding to 11 December 1969 AD;
· Law No. (85) of 1970 AD on the Regulation of Development and Planning Affairs;
· Law No. (35) of 1971 AD, the Development Budget for the 1971/1972 AD Financial Year; and
· Council of Ministers Decree dated 24 Sha’ban 1390 AH, corresponding to
24 October 1970 AD on the Regulation of Organization and Administration of the Development Account,
· and based on the submission of the Minister of Oil and the approval of the Council of Ministers,
Issued the following Law:
Article (1)
The new projects set out hereunder shall be added to Clause (1) (Oil Refining) in Part III (Oil Sector)
of the Development Budget for the 1971/1972 AD financial year, and the following amounts shall be allocated to them:
160.000 dinars for a new project under the name of “land compensation”, which shall be included under sub-clause (d).
200.000 dinars for a new project under the name of “roadworks”, which shall be included under sub-clause (e).
30.000 dinars for a project under name “preparation of tender conditions and sorting and evaluation of bids,” which shall be included under sub-clause (f).
Total 390.000 dinars
The above amounts shall be taken from the financial appropriation included in Part III (Oil Sector) in Clause (2) (Gas-Based Industries Complex) of the budget referred to above.
