on the organisation of political and consular work

Upon review of:
issued the following law:
Article (1)
Article (14), Paragraph (1) of Law No. (2) of 2001 on organising political and consular work shall be amended to the following text:
“All bodies shall be delegated for work abroad based on a decree by the Cabinet based on a proposal by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. Financial comptrollers and their assistants shall be exempt therefrom, as they shall be delegated by a proposal by the Ministry of Finance.”
Article (2)
This law shall enter into force form its date of issuance, any contrary provision shall be repealed, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.

بعد الاطلاع:
أصدر القانون الآتي:
مادة (1)
تعدل الفقرة الأولى من المادة 14 من القانون رقم 2 لسنة 2001م. بشأن تنظيم العمل السياسي والقنصلي بحيث يجري نصا على النحو التالي:-
" يتم الإيفاد للعمل بالخارج لجميع الجهات بقرار من مجلس الوزراء بناء على عرض من وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي، ويستثنى من ذلك المراقبون الماليون ومساعدوهم بحيث يتم ايفادهم بناء على عرض من وزارة الماالية".
مادة (2)
يعمل بهذا القانون من تاريخ صدوره، ويلغى كل حكم يخالفه، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
