In the Name of the People

The Revolutionary Command Council

 

·  Upon review of Constitutional Declaration No. (1) issued on 2 Shawwal

 1389 AH, corresponding to 11 December 1969 AD, and

·  Based on the submission of the Acting Minister of Unity and Foreign Affairs, and the approval of the

 Council of Ministers,

Issued the following Law:

 

 

Article (1)

 

The accession of the Libyan Arab Republic to the Convention on Offences and Certain Other Acts Committed on Board Aircraft, signed in Tokyo on 14 September 1963 AD, has been approved.

 

 

Article (2)

 

The Minister of Unity and Foreign Affairs and the Minister of Transport shall implement this law, which shall come into force as of the date of being published in the Official Gazette.
