on forming a committee and determining its functions

Upon review of:

• The Interim Constitutional Declaration issued on 3 August 2011 and the amendments thereof;
• Law No. (4) of 2012 on the election of the General National Congress and the amendments thereof;
• High National Elections Commission Decision No. (102) of 2012 on the approval of the General National Congress election results;
• General National Congress Resolution No. (1) of 2012 on approving the results of the General National Congress presidency elections;
• The rules of procedure of the General National Congress;
• General National Congress Resolution No. (17) of 2012 on approving the principle of institutional reform and political and administrative isolation;
• And based on the conclusions of the General National Congress in its session held on 06/01/2013.

issued the following resolution:

Article (1)

A committee shall be formed of the following members of the General National Congress (GNC):

Mr Naji Mukhtar Ali

Mr Mohammed Khalil al-Zarruq

Mr Mohammed Abdulqadir Betru

Mrs Amina Omar al-Mahjub

Mr Fawzi al-Uqab

Mrs Hajar Mohammed al-Qaed

Mr Khalid Ammar al-Mushri

Mr Akram Jenin

Mr Ibrahim Sahd

Mr Ezzeddine Mohammed Youssef al-Awami

Mr Mohammed Yunis al-Manfi

Mr Ibrahim Hassan al-Ghariani

Mr Tawfiq Ibrik al-Shuhaibi

Mr Mahmoud al-Ghariani

Mr Hassan al-Amin

Mr Moussa Salih

Mr Mohammed Yunis al-Tumi

Mr Massoud Ibid al-Taher

Article (2)

The committee formed by virtue of this resolution shall submit the draft law on political and administrative isolation within a maximum of fourteen days from the date of issuance of this resolution. In order to prepare the draft law, the committee shall communicate with civil society organisations, experts, advisors, and other interested and specialised parties and receive their opinion within a maximum of seven days from the date of issuance of this resolution.

Article (3)

This resolution shall enter into force from its date of issuance. Any contrary provision shall be repealed and each party shall implement it with their mandate.
