Decree No. (3) of 1375 FDP

on specifying the sectors managed by General People’s Committees

The General People’s Congress,

Upon review of:

• Law No. (1) of 1375 FDP on the rules of procedure of the People’s Congresses and the People’s Committees;

has decreed:

Article (1)

The sectors managed by General People’s Committees shall be as follows:

1. Education Sector
2. Foreign Liaison and International Cooperation Sector
3. Planning Sector
4. Youth and Sports Sector
5. Labour, Training, and Employment Sector
6. Electricity, Water, and Gas Sector
7. Culture and Media Sector
8. Economy, Commerce, and Investment Sector
9. Higher Education Sector
10. Justice Sector
11. Finance Sector
12. Health and the Environment Sector
13. Public Security Sector
14. Agriculture and Animal and Marine Resources Sector
15. Transport and Communications Sector
16. Social Affairs Sector
17. Industry and Mining Sector

Article (2)

This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its issue and shall be published in the Legal Register.
