Resolution No. (41) of 2013 AD

approving certain preliminary procedures on issuing

the Law on political and administrative isolation

The General National Congress,

Upon review of:

• The interim Constitutional Declaration issued on 03 August 2011 AD and amendments thereto;
• The by-laws of the General National Congress;
• General National Congress Resolution No. (17) of 2012 AD on approving the principal of institutional reform and political and administrative isolation;

issued the following Resolution:

Article (1)

Preliminary to the issuance of the Law on political and administrative isolation, all proposals and opinions related to the issuance of such law shall be referred in written form to the political and coordination cadres of the General National Congress. Within not more than fourteen days from the date this Resolution is issued and after it accepts the aforementioned draft law, the Congress shall refer such proposals and opinions to the Office of the Congress Presidency, preliminary to its submission to the Congress.

Article (2)

This Resolution shall enter into force on the date of its issue and shall be implemented by all concerned parties.
