Resolution No. (63) of 2013

on adopting the appointment of the president and members

of the High Commission for the Application of Standards for Assuming Public Office

The General National Congress

Upon review of:

• The Interim Constitutional Declaration issued on 3 August 2011, and the amendments thereof;
• The rules of procedure of the General National Congress;
• Law No. (6) of 2006 on issued the Justice System Law, and the amendments thereof;
• Law No. (13) of 2013 on political and administrative isolation;
• The conclusions of the General National Congress in its 106^th session on Tuesday, 9 July 2013;

issued the following resolution:

Article (1)

The appointment of the head and members of the High Commission for the Application of Standards for Assuming Public Office set forth in the aforementioned Law No. (13) of 2013 shall be adopted as follows:

1. Mr. Hilal Ezzedine al-Senoussi, as president.
2. Mr. Emhemed Issa Sijuk, as member.
3. Mr. Omar Mustafa al-Habbasi, as member.
4. Mr. Ali Badi Hassan, as member.
5. Mrs. Bahija Mahmoud Ramadan al-A’ib, as member.
6. Mr. al-Taher Hassan Saleh Ismiou, as member.
7. Mr. Ahmed Mohammed Ali Abbas, as member.
8. Mr. Abdel Hadi Ramadan Shahiwa, as member.
9. Mr. Ashour Zayed al-Mansouri, as member.

10. Mr. Musa Yakhlaf Karar, as member.

Article (2)

The provisions of this resolution shall enter into effect from its date of issuance, and any contrary provision shall be repealed. It shall be published in the Official Gazette.
