on determining the affiliation of the National ID project and complementary projects

The Cabinet:

Upon Review of:

• The Constitutional Declaration;
• The Law of the Financial System of the State, and budget, accounts, and warehouse regulation, and the amendments thereof;
• Law No. (12) of 2010 on the issuance of the Labour Relations Law and its executive regulations;
• National Transitional Council Resolution No. (184) of 2011 on the adoption of the interim government;
• Former General People’s Committee Resolution No. (33) of 2010 on adopting some provisions relating to the National ID;
• Decision No. (11) of 2011 of the Public Registrar in the executive office of the former National Transitional Council on transferring the affiliation of the National ID project and complementary projects;
• The decisions made during the Cabinet’s 6^th regular session of 2012;

has decreed:

Article (1)

The National ID project and complementary projects shall be subordinate to the Cabinet.

Article (2)

This law shall enter into effect from its date of issuance, any contrary provision shall be repealed, the competent authorities shall implement it and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
