Resolution No. (108) of 2013 AD

on authorising the Cabinet to transfer financial allocations

The General National Congress,

Upon review of:

• The Constitutional Declaration issued on 03 August 2011 AD and amendments thereto;
• The rules of procedure of the General National Congress;
• The Law of the Financial System of the State, and the budget, accounts, and stores regulations;
• Law No. (7) of 2013 AD on approving the general budget for 2013 and amendments thereto;
• The conclusions of the General National Congress in its one hundred forty-eighth general meeting held on Tuesday, 7 Safar 1435 AH, corresponding to 10 December 2013 AD;

issued the following Resolution:

Article (1)

The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Planning shall be authorised to make the following transfers from Part (3) allocations in the general budget of 2013 AD, provided each transfer is allocated to the Part specified in the following table. The Ministry of Planning shall determine the item in Part (3) allocations in the general budget of 2013 AD from which this amount will be transferred.

Article (2)

This Resolution shall enter into force on the date of its issue and all provisions conflicting herewith shall be repealed. This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette.
