Resolution No. (39) of 2013 AD

on forming a committee and specifying its duties

The General National Congress,

Upon review of:

• The interim Constitutional Declaration issued on 03 August 2011 AD and amendments thereto;
• The by-laws of the General National Congress;
• The conclusions of the General National Congress in its ordinary session held on Sunday, 11 Jumada al-Akhera 1434 AH, corresponding to 21 April 2013 AD;

issued the following Resolution:

Article (1)

A committee shall be formed from the members of the General National Congress, as follows:

Mr. Al-Ojeili Mohammed Abu Sadil, Member of the General National Congress for the Higher Education and Academic Research Committee

Mr. Hamed Abdel-Salam Al-Baghdadi, Member of the General National Congress for the Higher Education and Academic Research Committee

Mr. Mohammed Omari Zayed, Member of the General National Congress for the Higher Education and Academic Research Committee

Ms. Nadia Al-Rashed Omar, Member of the General National Congress for the Labour and Social Affairs Committee

Mr. Zaydan Misbah Abdullah, Member of the General National Congress for the Labour and Social Affairs Committee

Mr. Ahmed Salem bin Suweid, Member of the General National Congress for the Labour and Social Affairs Committee

Ms. Hoda Abdel-Latif Al-Bennani, Member of the General National Congress for the Planning and Finance Committee

Mr. Mohammed Ali Abdullah, Member of the General National Congress for the Planning and Finance Committee

Mr. Amtir Miftah Muharhar, Member of the General National Congress for the Planning and Finance Committee

Mr. Akram Ali Al-Janin, Member of the General National Congress

Mr. Fawzi Rajab Al-Aqqab, Member of the General National Congress

Mr. Abdel-Moneim Faraj Al-Wahishi, Member of the General National Congress

Mr. Abdel-Moneim Hussein Al-Yasir, Member of the General National Congress

Mr. Musa Faraj Saleh, Member of the General National Congress

Article (2)

The committee shall study and assess the proposal on sending Libyan youth submitted by members of the Congress in consultation with the competent bodies.

Article (3)

The committee shall complete its work and submit a detailed report to the General National Congress stating its full conclusions on the proposals in this regard, within thirty days at most from the date this Resolution is issued.

Article (4)

The committee shall have the right to seek the assistance of anyone it deems necessary.

Article (5)

This Resolution shall enter into force on the date of its issue and shall be implemented by all concerned parties.
